This lady's hat block was most probably used for shop display in the 1920's.
The head is made of papier-mâché and mounted on a metal frame missing its original stand. Initials T.D marked on the back of the head suggesting the manufacturer's initials.
Great decorative piece that will give you that "look" in any settings.
In good vintage conditions. Pin marks and superficial cracks on the surface due to its age and usage.
